"What is it? Are you okay?" Chris is asking her, looking alarmed.
She leaps up and hugs him tightly.
"It worked!" She says with a wide grin. "Oh my goodness, it worked! I know where it is!" She says then she immediately lowers her voice. She has never felt the presence of the shadows trailing her in the concubines' chambers before but with their elven hearing, it will not do to feed them more information unwarranted.
