One more day has passed since she made her request to Coldstrom. During that time, she confirms that he meant everything he said when he said that he would not be involving her in the political maters of the realm anymore. She tried asking him about his progress with the search for both the second dagger and the culprits and his reply was vague and provided no details at all. His intentions are apparently to keep her in this room, feeding her and taking care of all of her needs while he either solves the case or it becomes stale outside. It is a testament that he does not yet know her enough that he thinks that she will be happy spending day after day in bliss while he goes out into possible danger. He might have just convinced himself so for his own peace of mind but it does not matter. I
