Mandy’s POV
It’s almost October and The Wandering Minstrel trilogy is coming along quite nicely at this point. Once I had decided on the direction I was heading with the story, I really got into the grove of things. I’m still trying to decide at which point I should add in the big cliffhanger to entice readers to continue to read until the end of the story, though.
So far in this book I’ve had Tobias the wandering minstrel help his friend Princess Honoria and her handmaiden Elspeth to escape the kingdom so she isn’t forced to marry Prince Balder. Then he saves them all from the fire breathing dragon. Then the king catches them, and throws Tobias in the dungeon unless he can prove that the lute is magical by having it make gold, only he can’t since he doesn’t know any songs about alch
