I am washing the dishes when suddenly, Kristine appeared behind me. She is wearing a yellow floral dress with a summer hat on her head.
"Where are you up to?" I asked after I wiped my hands on the cloth hanging on our wooden window to dry my hands.
"Mrs. Cruz told me that she will be accompanying me to my new school," she answered while scanning the folder on her hands with her personal documents on it.
I sighed. Yeah right. I forgot about it. Remy already sent our documents three days ago. If Kristine didn't tell me about her enrollment today, It wouldn't cross my mind at all.
