Ralph’s POV He must have caught me staring because he stared back at me and gave me a little frown. “Alpha Ralph, are you listening to us?” Mike asked. I blinked and shifted in my seat. “In my own time I will find a suitable partner,” I said. “But Ralph, you said this 5 years ago. You said it 10 years ago too.” Anne shot back. “And you said it before you brought a human woman home and married her.” Mike chipped in. I wasn’t happy with that statement, it brought back pain and insecurity. I didn’t like to be reminded of the pain I went through when Kate died. I hadn’t forgiven myself. “Yes, thank you Mike for bringing that up. Alpha Ralph. I heard that you allowed two human girls into the club. Please, what is going on?” Anne asked. “They were lost and I took them home,” I replied.
