The Trial
Queen Sophia sat on the witness stand. She was going to be the first to give her account of the events that had happened. The courtroom was filled with hushed anticipation as the trial began. Media houses were also invited to not only watch but stream the event.
She took a deep breath and began to narrate her side of the story. She didn’t want to look at her mate or her son at the far end where they were chained up. It had been months but she was still finding it hard to forgive them.Clearing her throat, she started her story.
