Hidekazu
Two guards were stationed outside Aihi’s infirmary door at all hours, and the head healer permitted no one to visit her. If it wasn’t for Hidekazu’s lack of trust in the Tsukiko Guard, he might have been relieved by the precautionary measures.
Instead, he paced in the hall, listening to time pass through the patter of his feet on the tatami. Every minute wasted was one he and Masanori weren’t looking for Torra.
However, they needed to contact Shōgun Mika, and the best way to do that was through her daughter, Aihi. She always carried an enchanted mirror with direct contact to Mika. Taking it would be a crime, but Hidekazu believed Aihi would want them to coordinate with Mika if possible.
