“How is she?” Angelique asked Cinna and Grace who had just come out of the ward where Chiara was put for the meantime. They couldn’t let the others see her condition and she’s protecting her from other infections.
“She’s stable now. I managed to stretch some of the wounds close and Cinna healed the others but some are older wounds so it will take time before it will fully heal.” Grace told her and Cinna nodded too in agreement. They had already done their best and Angelique was already happy with that.
“Thank you!” Angelique said full of gratitude. She knew they did their best and as long as Chiara was alive, there’s a chance.
