Thessalia felt her heart racing as the howl continued to reverberate through the woods. She knew that they had to move quickly if they were going to find Emily's family and get out of the area before the pack arrived. She turned to Orion, a sense of urgency in her voice. "We need to move, now," she said. "That howl could mean that the pack is close, and we don't have much time." Orion nodded in agreement, his expression serious. "We'll split up and cover more ground," he said. "Thessalia, you take Emily and head east. I'll head west and see if I can pick up any signs of the family."
