“Are you sure that we need to be deployed at the same time? Its juts one man, how will he able to deal with all of us alone?” one of the special member of the group asked. “Well, the target is the best guild member of Mondo. If he is the best then that would only mean that he is the strongest next to him right? So it would only make sense for the guild leader to send us and deal with him.” Another one replied while eating ice cream.

“Dang its really hot today. I know that we are on a mission to see that man for ourselves but to think that we have to disguise ourselves as janitors, have they gone made?” he added. “Well, if he is really the strongest guild member then it would be understandable our disguise. There is supposed to be blood and gore at the scene to tighten up your stomachs. It might get bad and turn on you.”

The two walk innocently in front of Mondo’s guild building and ask an employee if they are in need for someone that will clean a mess that they made. “Like dead bodies or something.” The employee looks at them for a brief moment and then leaves without saying a word. “What a really rude guy.” They both said at the same time. Then from the corner of their eyes, they saw Peter walking with weighs on his legs, slowing him down significantly.

“That guy looks like he is about to die. Why in the world is he trying to burden himself like that?” the both of them could not understand the situation that they are seeing and remembers the mission that they were given. “We have establish ourselves as people that cleans mess. This will not surely blow our covers off.” One of them walk towards Peter and ask him if there is anything that they can do. “Oh! Mister Payn. Its good to see you. I don’t think there is something that guild leader Mondo wants cleaners to do but just give a swing to his office, maybe he has something to be cleaned.” Peter said with a cheerful tone despite the weigh on his legs.

“You looks like you are struggling. Be careful with that kid.” The two of them left for the guild leader’s office. “There you are Peter. I was wondering where you went. Aren’t they-“

“They are the usual cleaners here in the guild. They are not affiliated with other groups yet and they are regulars here though.” Peter replied when Bun notice the two. “I don’t think there is something that the guild leader wants cleaned though.” The two look at each other and shrug their shoulders. “Now let’s go back to training. This is a very important mission so you need to be in the best version of yourself or else the guild leader will be really angry.” Bun assists Peter inside the training room. “This is really heavy.”

KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!

“Come in.” guild leader Mondo said on the other side of the room. “Good day guild leader Mondo. Is there anything for us today?-!” one of the spies froze the moment he saw the guild leader’s expression. “Looks like this is not a good timing to be asking something like this. Why is he so angry?” he thinks to himself. “Oh! The cleaners. I don’t think there is something that I want to be cleaned yet though. Oh! There is one after all.” The atmosphere inside the room got a bit tense when Mondo looks at them sternly. “What is that guild leader?” their fear climbed another level of highs when he smiles maliciously towards them. “I think there is something that I want to be cleaned later. Two corpses that will be here inside the guild building later. Inside the storage room, it will be really messy so I need cleaners later.” He said with a smile.

“What in the world? Did he somehow realize that we are spies? Is it just now? Or does he know about it from the very beginning?” one of them thought as they both stand completely still after hearing what he said. “What is it guild leader? Is that all?” he asks slowly but what Mondo did next startled the both of them. “I don’t know. I don’t like repeating myself. You both heard me right?” he said with a stern tone and tilts his head roughly. “Is that so? Then we are just going to wait for it later in the lobby. Please excuse us guild leader.” They immediately walks out of the door but Mondo made them stick for a few more seconds.

“Where are you guys going? There is something that I want you to clean. Two corpses. Inside the storage room.”

“EEEEK!” the spies run away from the room in that instant and left Mondo wondering what is their problem. “What is the problem with those two? I thought they are here for cleaning? I heard they are the best cleaners nearby but after telling them about the corpses they both run away? The best my a*s, they got afraid of the rat corpses inside the storage room. What a let down.” He said with a disappointed tone.

“What in the world was that feeling? The guild leader is right. We should not take guild leader Mondo lightly!” both of the spies think to themselves while running away from the room of the guild leader.

A few moments later and they find themselves sitting in the lobby covered in sweat. “What in the world was that? I never thought that guild leader Mondo can be that scary. I thought I was done for.”

“That’s what you felt? I feel like my life has decreased significantly.” They both look at each other and doubt if they can get any information about the member that he will be sending to the mission. “No what do we do? I don’t think the boss will like this if we return empty handed.” The other spy could not help but be disappointed of themselves when all of the sudden, they saw Peter and Bun walking out of the guild building. “Looks like I got really strong after just a few days of training.” Peter flex his muscles to Bun who then tells him that it would be enough.

“The guild leader told me to bring out the beast in your for the mission and would you put those away? Just make sure that you eat properly after every training. We do not want to fail in the most important mission of the year.” The two continue to talk about it until they disappear out of the spies’ eyes. “What? Did I hear that right? Peter will be sent for the mission?”

“You are not hearing things. It is really him. I heard it as well.” They all turn to look at Peter and follows him with their eyes. “Is he that strong?” the other one shrug his shoulder. “I don’t have any idea about that as well but I think that must be the case. Remember that it is the most important mission in the entire year, guild leader Mondo will make sure that he is right for the job.” In that instant, they remember the look on the guild leader’s face earlier.

“I think we should report his immediately. We should be well prepared as well.” They decided not to do any work that day after seeing that they already have results about their mission. The both of them are about to head out when guild leader Mondo called out to them, in surprise, one of them jumps in fear.

“KYA!” guild leader Mondo felt even more disappointed at the two and reconsiders if he really should ask them to clean the dead rats in the storage room. “This is really bad. Just even seeing my face startled the poor guy, how can I expect them to clean the storage room properly.” Mondo thinks to himself and decides to let someone else clean the storage room.

“Thank you for stopping by today. Please grow some balls before you come back again.” He said with a cold tone. “Sorry for the inconvenience!” the two run out of the building without any delay.

“Look at them. They are like wet puppies in the rain.” He muttered after seeing a disgraceful side of the cleaners.
