“I need this finished by the end of the week. You have had three weeks, what the f**k have you been doing?” Toby spat at the building foreman as he scanned the childcare area on the second floor.
“We had to replace the existing wall with windows. The reinforcement was unexpected, not to mention the sound proofing, so the noise of the kids doesn’t disturb your workers on this level. It took longer than expected”, Scott, the building foreman, replied as Toby got a message on his phone. “It is almost completed and the painters and decorators will be in tomorrow.”
Pulling his phone out of his pocket, Toby saw Amanda’s picture with her new hair color come up, with the message alert. Smiling he hit the read button, ‘Arrived at my destination safely.’
