“Olivia, Henry, Joyce and I have a groundbreaking in Fortitude next Wednesday. Clear Henry’s schedule from 2pm on Tuesday and you are coming with us, naturally. What is his schedule like over the next few days, anything urgent he needs to deal with?” Toby asked Henry’s personal assistant while leaning back on the edge of his desk.
“Not really. I rearranged his meetings yesterday at the hospital before you offered to lighten the load. The weekly head of department meetings today with HR, Marketing, Admin, Accounts and Retail Management are canceled for this week, and they will send him the reports to go over”, Olivia explained, glancing at her own organizer.
“If something urgent comes up, please let me know, and I will slot it into Toby’s schedule”, Amanda said, getting out of the recline
