“I’m heading to work. The meeting with Lachlan is at 11; don’t be late”, Toby said the next morning as he, Libby and Wilber got up from the table after breakfast. Amanda asked if Adam and she could stay home to get used to the idea of being together more than friends. It was her way of telling Toby; ‘They need to make up for lost time;’ as Adam put it. “Go give Mummy Mandy and Daddy a kiss”, he added to Libby.
Libby put her hands on either side of Amanda’s face as she planted a small kiss on her lips and did the same to Adam. “Where is that coming from?” Adam asked, looking bewildered as Wilber started to blush in the corner of the room.
“Someone saw me giving Brenda a kiss, and now she thinks she has to grab someone’s face to kiss them,” he whispered, slowly going a deeper shade of pink
