Adaline's POV
The day after Ava was born, Barrett had to head back to the meeting. He left Holden since they just had the baby and didn't really need him for much, as he had already assessed the other members of the visiting pack and decided none were a threat. Heather and I have been getting them adjusted and helping out when needed the last three days on top of our pack duties, and Renee stepped in to help them with Ava when we couldn't. Over all, they have adjusted to parenthood greatly and it helps that Ava practically never cries.
