I was in the field again. Selena curled up under the tree, she perked up and walked to me. I could see her belly had grown. The babies were safe. I laid my hand on her stomach and felt the movement. I placed my forehead on hers. "Everyone is okay Adaline, but we have to be more careful. Selena lost a lot of energy, and now you are in a coma as she rebuilds the energy and keeps our bloodline safe." I looked down at my own stomach. It was still very round, and I could feel the girls moving around. How in the world are we both pregnant? "She has the wolf spirits, you have the human side.
