It was cold, everywhere was cold. But it was dark and scary and I could not make a sound. I wanted to cry out for help but I could not but even in the darkness I kept walking, my feet moving on what I felt was snow because of how cold it was but then again, it was too sharp, too rough. I walked for what felt like hours, not sure how I got there in the first place but I knew that I needed to get out, before I would die from the cold or the pain that the ground was causing my legs.
