When I saw the small rusty metal fence surrounding my childhood home, all I wanted to do was rush out of the vehicle and into it, which I did once the vehicle had stabilised without even waiting for the engine to be switched off. As I entered the dealership, I took a moment to look around, although there was some grass, which meant that the house wasn't inhabited. It wasn't very long either, which showed that someone was probably doing the upkeep from time to time; in fact, it was my mother's parents' house, where she stayed, because in her siblings, she was the only one who hadn't got a steady job, as she hadn't finished her studies because of me.
