I woke up to the feeling of warmth and my arm wrapped around someone. I continued feeling around them, wondering at how full they were. What had Rex fed them, considering this must have been his work?
“ Are you running a feeding program or something?’’ I asked, nudging at him only to be hit with emotions of relief and happiness flooding from his end.
“ So glad to have you back. I missed you,’’ he said, and I sensed an almost sob from him. I felt like I had missed some days in between, but I wasn’t too lost apart from the fact that we were in bed, luckily, clothed with a woman.
