Mel had gone ahead to tell me her story, about Ryan’s birth, the little they both knew about, the research center, and finally how she had come to find the people responsible. Understanding how Kelly and Ryan worked was interesting but we had agreed they would have their conversations on the side with Delvin. I hoped by then, Delvin would be back.
The most interesting thing had been finding out that Anna’s father was roped up into it. There was supporting evidence from both my side and Mel's side.
It reminded me of my rut and his direct involvement too. He seemed to be always at the scene of the crime.
