Chapter 8“WAIT, WHAT?” CHANDELLE asked. “You know who killed Grace? Who?” “Hang back for a second.” Tightening her grip on Chandelle’s knapsack, Luella whispered, “I don’t want the Tangocos thinking we’re following them.” “Are we following them?” “No.” “Then why would they think that?” Chandelle asked. “I live in the same building as them. If I don’t have any deliveries to make, I always go straight home after school.” That wasn’t quite true. Chandelle usually stopped at Luella’s house whether or not she had deliveries to make, but this wasn’t the time for petty arguments.
