"I'm going to go change my dress, please continue to entertain your friend." Mia smiled at me, in a way I've never seen before. 'Was she warning me..or something?' I thought as I felt threatened by her unnatural friendliness.
I was sure she was about to murder me with the way she glared at me while she was standing there at the door.
There were no servants in our house because Mia wanted our little family to share the burden and responsibilities of living together which means we'll take turns in cooking and doing chores around the house, for some reason Mia believes that doing that will bring the family closer together.
