chapter 2

Troy took us to an apartment were we met with people partying and getting drunk.

"We're here" Gina said we entered we met even more people Troy left to go find his friend, Gina suggested we go dance I didn't want to but that girl does not take know for an answer, we danced ,drunk some more and danced it felt Soo good to be free and have fun, for a while I felt truly happy.

I woke up the next day with a throbbing headache and on a couch crumpled up with Gina, the stench of Alcohol stagnant in the room, gosh I can't believe we slept in this mess there were bottles every were, I nudged Gina, she was deep in sleep so I shook her even more and with a contorted face she opened her eyes.

Just then Troy came in with two cups of water and painkillers, "finally you two woke up I thought you would sleep throughout the day , here this will help you two"with that he handed the painkillers to us."thanks" we both muttered.

We took a shower Gina had some clothes over so I borrowed some Troy made breakfast, he was a nice guy Gina really found a good guy this time, she had a habit of going out with crazy dudes who would break her heart and dump her but Troy seemed good.

"So tell me, how did the both of you meet" I asked looking eagerly at both of them. "Well we...., Gina cut Troy off even before he started "we met at the cinema, immediately I saw him I knew he was the one and I took his number and now I can't live without him" she ended with a smile reaching her eyes and I knew there and there that it was made up.

"Even a prince couldn't find a princess that easy Gina, spill it" I said flatly.

"It was a minor accident, Troy began with a grave look, I was drunk after a party with Dylan and I was heading home on his motorcycle and I don't know how it happened but Gina appeared from nowhere and I hit her"

I was shocked I didn't know how to comprehend the fact that Gina was actually dating a guy that had knocked her down but she quickly came to his rescue when she saw my look "Alexa he quickly took me to the hospital and paid for my bills and bought me flowers every single day until I got better and that's how we fell in love" she ended with both of them staring at each other.

I couldn't believe Gina fell for a guy that injured her but I couldn't ruin her happiness, just then the door flung open and a guy in in black sweat pants and a hoodie walked in.

"Dylan you're in" Gina quickly welcomed him.

"Yep I just went for a morning run, you were all cozy this morning so I couldn't interrupt" he replied with a smile and my mind snapped, it was him, I wouldn't forget that voice and face anywhere he was the guy in the bathroom with that woman, I can't believe it he's the infamous Dylan.

Gina happily smiled at him and said, "Well it's good that you are now here I wanted you to meet my best friend Alexa, she's single and seriously needs to be laid" she ended with her hand stretched to me and a big smile plastered on her face.

I couldn't believe it, it was like she was offering me to him.

He turned to me and with the smirk on his face it was obvious he clearly remembered me and his next comment made it clear "washroom lady, who would have thought that the universe wasn't entirely against our session"

He looked utterly handsome with that mocking smirk on his face a few strands of his hair were not in place and he looked as sexy as hell.

But no I had to put him in his place "First of all, the name is Alexa, and don't even dream about it because I will never do anything of that sort with you" I ended feeling proud of myself.

"You guys have met already, well isn't that fate" Gina cut in with a smile.

"No, we haven't and we have no intention to meet" I glared at her and picked my bag, "I picked my stuff and said, I should be heading back now Soo later", I headed for the door.

"Bye washroom " Dylan was obviously not stopping anytime soon.

"Alexa, wait up" I heard Gina call me as I walked out the door.

"What's wrong" she asked when she caught up with me.

I can't believe she's being pretentious right now and I couldn't help but be sarcastic "Nothing much, I've just fallen madly in love with the guy my best friend is trying to set me up with, Soo in love that I can't stand his face"

"Come on Alexa, Dylan is every girl's dream, just this once, I want you to be happy " she tried to justify herself.

"My happiness doesn't depend on a guy, Gina, and if you can't see that am not sure I can call you my friend"

With that I left her standing there.
