MANNY
As the morning sunlight filtered through the curtains casting a warm glow across the bedroom, Manny stirred from her sleep and slowly blinked her eyes open.
Stretching lazily, she felt a slightly heavy weight around her waist. She turned to see Andrew lying beside her still asleep, his arms draped over her.
Confusion clouded her mind for a moment. She had slept off on the couch waiting for him, hadn't she? So how did she end up in his room?
Manny scanned his stress-free face, her hands trailing on his perfectly sculptured face which made him hum with contentment.
He suddenly blinked his eyes open, making Manny pause with wide eyes and hitched breath. She had no idea he was already awake.
