As she set out to work the next day, Manny stumbled upon Andrew on her way downstairs and she quickened her pace as he walked behind her.
Last night's conversation was still fresh in her mind and her husband didn't utter a word about it which was a good thing. She felt if they were to continue the conversation, it would have ended up in an argument and she didn't have the strength no time to do so.
She passed the dinner dining room and was walking through the hallway when Andrew asked her a question.
"Aren't you eating?"
"No appetite." She replied almost immediately and walked away before he could say another word.
