The alarm buzzes and I stretch out, reaching for the man that I have become so accustomed to waking next to, but the bed is empty. I continue my stretch, pushing the aches out of my joints from the activities the night before. I find that Fredo’s words have comforted me and I do feel less bad about how much I enjoyed what we did. Glancing at the clock, I realize that it is time to get up, I need to be at work for my first company meeting. I am so nervous, but super excited. Maryann and I agreed that it was best to keep the knowledge about my memory issues on a need to know basis with out employees.
