It was a quiet ride back to our dormitories. The sky was already dark and the streetlights were lit up. Now, Eve and I stood in front of our locked dorm room.
“I swear I saw the guy somewhere.” She fumbled with the keys to our dorm room.
“Please…hurry…” I asked for mercy as my arms started to vibrate from the heavy suit that perched on my arm.
“Like, I know he’s rich-rich, but I know him from somewhere.” She trailed on. Finally, Eve opened the door.
I ran past her and threw the suit on my bed. I shook my arm lightly to remove that noodle-like feeling.
“Ow.” I let out a sharp breath.
“Do you know who that guy is?” Eve looked at me as she closed the door.
Guy? What guy? Did we meet someone? Was it Eve’s boyfriend?
“Guy?” My voice was getting quieter, I felt sleepy.
