It was about an hour later before everything was said and done so we could head to bed. The kids were passed out in the guest bedroom on the top floor and it was a surprise that Sebastian had the queen-sized bed replaced with two twin-sized beds and side tables. I was so floored I forgot to ask him how and when it all happened. I just gave him a huge hug and a big wet kiss on his cheek before walking quietly over to my kids to just watch them sleep. I may have fallen asleep between the two beds while listening to them breathing and the noises they made from their dreams. Sebastian ended up carrying me to bed and just cuddling up to me before passing out himself.
