The assassin crept closer while Sabeline shuffled further back, crouching low. She glanced down at the wagon, but it was built too close to the ground for a person to be able to crawl beneath. Goddess damn it! Sucking in a breath, Sabeline remained frozen, scarcely daring to move even a finger. If the Assassin peered the wrong way, she'd catch sight of her.
