“Oh, my! ” Ania shrieked that could probably be heard by the whole city. "You're pregnant. You're freakin' pregnant."
My eardrums nearly got busted. Here I was, trying my best to keep it a secret. She was the first person I told confided in about my worries since she was my best friend but I forgot that there were no secrets when Ania was excited.
I pressed my forefinger to her lips. “Shhh! You are too loud.”
Then I looked around in worry. Good thing there was no one around the pool area at that time and the guards were not in sight. If there were people around, I would probably strangle my friend for having a big mouth.
