After accepting the trip to Dubai for the international design conference, Mauro gave me tons of work - making me oversee the party for the politicians even if he hired a capable event coordinator, and never-ending office work even if I already delegated those tasks to capable staff. My phone was ringing even while boarding the plane because Mauro wanted me to call a congressman to confirm his attendance.
