EP2. THE CLIFF OF DESPAIR

After the Camping Dinner, we all went to the rooms to which we were assigned.

I saw Eboy sleeping on the floor because one of our stupid classmates wanted to be alone in his bed.

"Eboy, let's change the bed to sleep, I'll just sleep on the floor, I'll just cover myself with an extra blanket" I offered him. He thanked me and immediately moved next to Kenjie.

I woke up at 3 in the morning to pee and I noticed that Eboy was next to me in bed. I immediately turned on the light.

The three idiots are not here and even Kenjie is not here either. I immediately left the room even the rain was very heavy. I went around the island looking for them, but I couldn't find them.

My feet took me to the beach and I still didn't see them. presently I heard voices from above. I immediately ran into the high cliff next to the sea. I saw the three i***t's faces full of bruises and the two of them clasped Kenjie's arms.

"I've been annoyed with you for a long time, you have the courage to flirt with my girlfriend and then you interfere with what we want to do." a strong blow hit Kenjie's face which made his lips bleed.

"I get irritated when I see that handsome face of yours, you're always the open mouth of the person I love!" It seemed that the i***t was going to punch Kenjie's other face again, so I immediately ran and grabbed my stupid classmate's arm.

"Stop what you're doing" I tightened my grip on his arm which he immediately removed. He turned to me "Don't interfere if you don't want to get hurt" he held my collar up.

"Hahahaha Ooops. I remember you're his buddy, how are you going to defend him? HAHAHA" He laughed as blood came out of his mouth because Kenjie had already beaten them.

I spat in his face "You stupid ugly!" I said angrily "Hahaha, is that all you can do?" He smiled "Guys, throw him into the sea" He commands the two guys holding Kenjie.

My eyes widened when they pushed Kenjie into the cliff, Kenjie has been my friend for a long time and I know he can't swim. I immediately knelt on my stupid classmate's stomach and let go of his grip on my collar.

I quickly jumped over the cliff to save my Bestfriend.The waves were so strong, I even had a hard time swimming because of the waves but I couldn't just let him die.

I saw something shining in the darkness of the sea, so I immediately dived to where the light was coming from. I saw there was a circular light underneath surrounded by symbols and Kenjie seemed being absorbed by it. I accelerated my swim and reached for his hand. I gave my best so the two of us could get back to the surface but I feel dizzy and suddenly lost my breath.

A shrill sound I heard in both my ears, little by little I remembered everything.

"The sea "

"Circle"

"Light"

"Ken ... jie"

"KENJIE!" I woke up and rolled over from lying down when I remembered I had to save my bestfriend.

"Oh, you're awake." I heard an old woman's voice. I rolled my eyes around and I was in a wooden house "Where am I" I said softly

"You are here at my house in the middle of the forest" I turned to the side and saw an old woman having coffee

She handed me a wooden cup with green liquid inside

"That will help you regain your strength " I immediately drank it and spat it out with its extreme bitterness. but I tried to consume it because it was embarrassing to the old woman.

"How did I get here " I asked the old woman. She stood up and get a piece of wood. "Twenty days ago I heard someone fall in my yard and I met you unconscious" she said. as she walk near the fireplace and put the wood in it.

I was shocked when she said I had been unconscious for so long. "Have you ever seen another man my age with narrowed eyes? " I asked

"You were alone when I saw you in my yard Son. Tomorrow morning, when you're better, you can leave to find your friend. I've already washed your weird clothes. Maybe your friend is in town not that far from here " she replied with a smile as she sipped her coffee.

"Just call me Grandma Eva, what's your name Son? " she asked. "I'm Jero, Grandma Eva " I reached for her palm and applied it to my forehead as a courtesy. "It looks like your future will be good " she replied with a smile.

The next day I started walking through the forest to town to look for Kenjie.

I walk straight to the North like Grandma Eva said. I noticed that this place was far from the sea so I wondered how I got to Grandma Eva's yard.

I still wear the Black Jacket I wore when I was in camp and my black Jogging pants and rubber shoes. I've been walking for four hours so I stopped first to rest and eat the lunch Grandma Eva gave me

Later I heard crackles around the forest

I just ignored them because maybe they were just animals in the forest. I hurried to eat because of nervousness, I might not be able to get where I'm going, it's scary here.

I smelled a pungent odor and I followed where it was coming from. When I checked in behind the big tree I couldn't believe what I saw. "AAAAAHHHHH !!! " I cried out in fear when I saw a small creature the size of a 10 year old child, its teeth were sharp and he was salivating, his red eyes were also glaring, and his skin was colored green wrinkled, and its ears pointed and it even eats a large deer.

The monster turned to me and suddenly grinned. I threw the bread I was holding at him and immediately ran away.

It ran so fast and it could almost catch up with me. I also noticed a black human -shaped shadow jumping from the trees as if following us

Myy god, why are there so many monsters here, i want to go home, this place is so scary. I can't identify its face because it's just a human-shaped shadow I was even more nervous because two monsters were already chasing me.

I am still running when I saw another monster of small height and long ears with green skin waiting for me.

"Ahhhh ugly! " I stopped running in fear Because three monsters are around me.

"Lie down " I heard a voice so I immediately obeyed the command

For a moment I slowly raised my head to peek. I saw the necks of two green monsters cut and its blood splattered around

"Go away, there are many goblins scattered here in the forest " I turned to the source of the voice and I backed away when I saw the shadow man holding a scythe was still alive.

I just stared at him for a moment and suddenly he jumped on the tree and disappeared. he saved me.
