I was at home having a chill day with Kaylin watching movies until I received a phone call from Angel.
She told me to come over they was having a barbecue and she wanted me to bring Kaylin because she could play with the kids. She wanted me to work out with Dre, but I told her no. I told Kaylin to get dress were heading to a barbecue.
I could tell my baby was so excited because on the way there she kept asking questions.
We got there and it was packed I got Kaylin out and let her ring the doorbell. Angel came opened up the door and we both spoke. She picked Kaylin up and took her out back to play with the kids.
"How are you", I asked Angel?
"I'm good", she said. I saw my sister and spoke to her and everyone else then Angel asked could we talk. We walked to one of the rooms and she shut the door. I sat down on the bed.
"You okay", she asked?
"Yea I'm okay." I tried to hide it, but the tears fell because I saw Dre with that same girl.
"Stop lying and trying to hide that your fine because I know your not fine and you need to talk to him", she said.
"I don't even know what I'm going to say to him and I really can't deal with that right now."
"Please you have to talk to him for Kaylin's sake babe", Angel said. That kind of got to me because she was right Kaylin was my world and I wanted nothing, but the best for her because she did need a father in her life.
"Okay I'll talk to him." We then went back to party and I just chilling until Dre came up and wanted to talk. We went upstairs and he shut the door.
"Why didn't you tell me", he asked?
"I didn't know how."
"You know how bad I wanted a child and you didn't tell me I had a daughter", he said. The tears to fall from his eyes and it broke my heart.
"I couldn't tell you and you have to understand I thought I was doing what's best for Kaylin." That is when he started yelling.
"REALLY DO WHAT IS BEST FOR KAYLIN I'M HER FATHER. I SHOULD BE THERE TO YOU DON'T KNOW HOW BAD THAT YOU HURT ME", He said.
"I'm sorry Dre", I said.
"That was some low down dirty s**t that you did you took my f*****g child away from me why bruh why."
"I was going to tell you back at the house, but you cheated on me so I just left. I couldn't deal with it you hurt me bastard you broke my heart. I know I hurt you by keeping your child away from you, but it's your f*****g fault so don't you ever come at me that way again", I said.
I walked out because I couldn't stand to look at him anymore. I guess Neveah heard everything because she was standing at the end of the stairway with open arms. I hugged her like my life depended on it and just cried.
"I love him and always will, but this I can't do it with him sis I can't."
"I know", she said but were going to forget about it and your going to have fun.
We went to the kitchen and chilled all the women the children were outside playing and the men was sitting in the living room chilling I saw Dre come downstairs and I just turned my head.
Then Alicia Neveah cousin asked me how was I holding up I said good I just need to let him go,but he can see his child I will make sure of it she said okay just keep going through one day at a time because not everything is promised.
Just keep your head up sweetie and don't let nothing I mean nothing bring you down.
