If I get my hands on this guy, he’s a dead man!
I’m sitting here listening to Erin tell the police what happened, and I can feel my blood pressure rising. Though that might also be because these cops are p*ssing me off, too. They’ve now made her go over this three times.
“I already told you, I was just entering the courtyard, on my way into the building when he grabbed me.” Erin answered the question in an irritated and exhausted tone. But the officer didn’t even look up from his notes or acknowledge her in any way.
“And you said you were with your cousin, is that right?” He asked, causing me to jump to my feet and growl, “No! She said multiple times she was alone with her daughter. Why do you insist on browbeating her when you should be out there looking for this guy?!”
