The last few days I’ve noticed Erin seems a bit jumpy. Like, she startles more easily and over the slightest of sounds sometimes. I feel like something is going on, but I can’t figure out what. And I don’t wanna ask and have her backing off from me again.
“Hey boss, is it okay if I head out a few minutes early today? We’ve got this team-meet tomorrow night and I got us reservations at Carne Mare, so I wanna go have my hair done and get myself some new duds. I’m bringing my new man.” Amanda was blushing.
