Why has my life suddenly become so complicated?
I guess Jon decided not to go quietly. And yes, he's been fired from many companies. But the man is also a genius with a camera. Until he isn't anymore. But this is also a man who has never once kicked up a fuss when he’d overstayed his welcome someplace. He usually just picks up, and moves on.
Until now.
Didn’t take him long, either. I only just let him go two days ago, and I’ve already gotten a notice from some lawyer saying he’s suing me for 'wrongful termination'. So, needless to say, I’m waiting for Malcom to arrive so I can talk to him about it all.
I know we had every right to terminate our contract with him. I have all the documentation I need. What I’m unsure about is whether we can revoke his severance or not. I
