(Erin’s POV)
I arrived at work early this morning, donuts and cappuccino in hand as I went to the break room and set up the big pots for everyone and put the donuts out. I was still working on that when I heard Amanda telling Sean his morning schedule, but he was gone by the time I came out of the break room.
Thank God.
“Hey, what do you say we go out to lunch today? There’s a new pizza place that opened a few blocks over I hear has excellent Italian food. My friend Trish said their lobster ravioli is heavenly”. Amanda suggested with a bright, enthusiastic smile.
“Sure. I don’t have any plans for lunch”. I told her and continued on to my desk.
