"Dad." Kumatok ako ng tatlong beses bago ako tuluyang pumsasok sa opisina ni Dad dito sa bahay. Seryoso itong nakatingin sa isang bondpaper bago niya ako balingan.
"Sit down." He gestured. Kumunot ang noo ko dahil ngayon lang ulit kami mag-uusap ng wala si Mom. Kapag may problema naman sa kompanya ay pinag-uusapan namin 'yun kapag kumakain kami.
"I have a proposal for you. I'm not expecting you to accept it but I won't miss the small chance either." He started. I'm just nodding my head, listening carefully to him. He's serious when it comes to business and he doesn't treat me as his own son.
