CHAPTER 17 LEILA'S POV I could feel the doctor's disapproving gaze on me as I spoke to the diplomat about his current condition. “How ironic that the one responsible for his situation is the one taking care of him,” he muttered, but I wouldn't call it muttering because he said it loud enough for me to hear. I straightened and turned to him. “Do you have a problem with my being here?” I asked, and his scornful expression changed to that of nonchalance. “No, I am not.
