Jenny followed Angela back into the Seaver beach house, apologizing for Laura"s behavior.
"She"s determined, I"ll give her that, but I also blame Bernardo,” Angela said. “He had a way of mesmerizing women, and I believe Laura fell under his spell. It might just be a case of embarrassment; knowing she"s wrong but too afraid to admit it."
"Well, you"re much more understanding than I would be," Jenny told Angela.
Morgan followed her two friends back inside the house, but a sudden gust of wind stopped her. She swore she could hear her name being called over the wind. And she recognized the voice calling her. Morgan was running out of time.
