I insisted that I go with Baine to take Carlie to the truck. Rosie seemed torn for me to go with him. I could tell she no longer trusted Harlow, and if I'm being honest, I was questioning it too.
Baine assured her that he would keep us safe and that Rosie already had too many to protect on her own. She let me go, but only because I think she knew that Baine loved me and he really would do whatever it takes to keep me safe. I think Baine was hoping he could convince me to go with Colby, and i think part of Rosie was hoping for that, too.
