Jordan's POV
One minute, I was feeling soothed by Mia's scent and touch, and the next minute, i wanted nothing more but to cut her hand off for touching me. My eyes weren't open, and i was partially asleep. But i knew it was her. At first, i thought it was just a dream. A dream that quickly turned into a nightmare.
It was like my memories and true feelings were coming in waves. One minute, i wanted to do nothing but wrap her in my arms, and the next, I wanted her to get as far as she could from me. That even being on the same planet would still be too close. Every minute, my feelings changed. Back and forth on repeat. I was giving myself whiplash. I just couldn't control it.
Im not proud of those thoughts and feelings. If it was in my right mind, i wouldn't dare think such things.
