Hello Diary, my name is Goro. Actually, it’s Kitty. But I am part of the New Wavers Club now, the NWC. We’ve all decided to use our code names beginning this year. It’s our new year’s resolution. My best friend, Cielo, wants to be called Taylor. Ysabel wants to be called Orzabal, and Annie wants to be called Mrs Curt Smith. She’s funny. She says there are just too many Smiths in the world, and besides, people might think she likes The Smiths instead of Curt Smith. Our code names are supposed to be secret.
I plan to write down all our secrets here. This diary was Kuya Alan’s gift; I wish he’d given me something more grown-up, but oh well. This will do. He should also know that just because my name is Kitty doesn’t mean I love Hello K
