Sunday morning, Blake finished up in the gym and walked through the narrow corridor that linked the gym to the main house. He made a beeline for the kitchen for his Sunday morning smoothie.
"Good morning Norma," Blake greeted the Chef from the kitchen doorway .
"Good morning, Mr. Carter." He stopped the smoothie maker. "I will just pour your drink now."
By the time Blake walked further into the large airy kitchen, Norma had poured his coffee banana smoothie into a long glass cup. He inserted a straw into the cup and held it out to Blake.
"Thanks, man," he collected his drink. Taking the first sip, he gave him a thumbs up with a big smile as always and walked out of the kitchen.
He went to his study, where he would start his day with his bi-weekly Sunday phone meeting with his person
