Gabe's eyes flicked towards the intercom, a spark of interest igniting within him. Amby was here. And somehow, just knowing that she was near was enough to calm the storm raging within him.
Dr. Patel's eyes narrowed, her gaze fixed intently on Gabe. "It seems we have our answer, Gabe. Amby's presence is having a profound effect on you. We need to explore this further."
Dr. Patel's eyes sparkled with curiosity as she turned to Gabe. "I think it is time we brought Amby in, don't you, Gabe?"
Gabe nodded, feeling a sense of trepidation mixed with anticipation. What would happen when Amby entered the safe room? Would her presence continue to calm the lupus imperium, or would something else happen entirely? Would she be frightened the more? These thoughts ran around in Gabe’s mind.
