episode 3: party or partying!!!

The party was taking place at the beach house of the Smiths which was located at the outskirts of town. this normally occurred once every year and many celebrities were on the guest list. Max and Angie got to the venue. it was packed with celebrities. there was the red carpet at the entrance, Max opened the car door, held Angie's hand in his and they walked into the venue. There were whispers and murmuring among the crowd, some could not believe a pregnant woman would be brought to such a high profile party whilst others applauded Max for being a great husband.Pictures were taken and they took their seat at a far corner.

Within ten minutes, the arrival of the CEO was announced, everyone stood up to welcome him. Beside him was Hana who was dressed elegantly matching Majeed's outfit. They walked majestically on the red carpet with their arms entangled. It was not a new thing to the audience as in every event, Majeed was seen in the company of different ladies which earned him the nickname playboy billionaire. They took their seat at the head table where the executives were. As the CEO, he gave the welcome address and the party begun. At the far end, Max told Angie he was going to greet some colleagues of his and would be back soon. Whilst Angie was busy sipping on a juice drink, a business Mogul who was a partner of the Smiths joined her table and had a fun chat with her. As he was leaving, Angie turned and saw Hana walking to her table, she felt disgusted and pretended to walk to where Max was but Hana met her halfway through. U slut, who gets pregnant unwedded?and u feel unashamed to be in the same party like me. I don't blame u but Maxwell for giving a cheap slut like you an identity. Angie retorted and they started arguing which drew the attention of other guests. Majeed came to the scene and settled their dispute but his disdain for Angie was at a different level. He took Hana to one of the rooms and cautioned her to behave since any disgrace was directed to him. Hana pleaded not guilty and blamed Angie for the rukus. Max came to the scene, enquired about what happened and Angie narrated the whole incident to him offering her apologies for being unable to control her temper. Max felt sorry for pulling her into such mess so he and Angie retired early from the party.

After, they had left, Majeed came back to find Angie but realized they had left already. He felt the connection between Angie and him despite her pregnancy. As he was about turning to leave from that table, he heard someone call out his name. he turned to find his ex-girlfriend Vivian who just arrived from the states. They dated for three years but due to some circumstances beyond their control, the relationship fell apart. She is now all grown and more beautiful than ever. Majeed was surprised to see her but he kept his emotions under control. He embraced and kissed her. Hana who was watching from a distance felt threatened but kept quiet and made a mental note to deal with Vivian later on.

As the party was getting to the end, the guests dispersed one after the other. Hana went to find Majeed but she searched everywhere but there was no sign of him, she called his line but the phone was off. She walked to Majeed's parents but she was ignored as if she didn't existed. Majeed's mum was a high class woman who knew about his son's infidelity hence she viewed Hana as just a mere fling with no social status and background who was not worthy of her time and son. She continued chatting with her friends and she called the waiters to serve her friends.

After being ignored, Hana left the party, boarded a taxi home. She began to cry and she blamed Angie and Vivian for all her troubles. En route home, she changed her mind to visit the club instead and she was in a foul mood. She made the driver to wait for her at the entrance. She got to the bar, ordered her usual whiskey and took a seat at the counter. whilst she was almost done and was preparing to leave, she saw Majeed entering with Vivian and they seem engrossed with each other. Since she was tipsy, she confronted them but she was blocked before she could even get closer. She was pushed by the guards and upon the encounter, she fell hitting her head accidentally. she saw blood coming and out of fright, she collapsed. The diver saw what was happening, he rushed and picked Hana up and sent her to the hospital. Majeed paid the driver since he knew it was the fault of his bodyguard.

When she woke up, she was on a hospital bed with a bandage around her head. she saw her mother and sister by her. she started having severe headaches as images of the previous incident kept coming. the doctor was called to the ward and the relatives waited outside the ward. After twenty minutes, they were called back to the ward and Hana was laying calm in bed. She picked her phone up to check if she missed her supposedly fiancee's call and messages but her inbox and phonebook was empty. Her sister stood up from her chair, walked to where Hana was and hugged her. Even though Hana's mum and sister saw the red flags in Majeed's attitude long ago and advised her accordingly but she remained adamant. For Majeed behaving this way towards Hana was no news for them.

In the afternoon, Hana was discharged from the hospital after further investigations came back normal.

After the incident at the bar, Vivian and Majeed went ahead to have fun and to catch up on past memories.They went to a suite which was reserved for them. Before they retired for the night, Majeed asked his friend to check up on Hana. The next morning, Majeed woke up and found a letter addressed to him by the bedside. He looked round but Vivian was nowhere to be found. He opened the letter and it read as

Dear Majeed, I'm sorry to leave at this hour, I had an emergency meeting at the states so I had to return back. hoping to see you soon. I enjoyed our time together and can't wait for more

Vivian was back to the states and tomorrow was her wedding day with the president's son. It was a big event and dignitaries invited included the Smiths. Vivian never loved him but was being forced into the marriage due to some business transaction and deals. The next day was the d - day and Vivian was confined in the house after her return journey.
