The next evening the boys went out for some boy thing, we didn’t care enough to ask actually what. Alyssa, Thea and Claire and I had planned a pj and movie night.
It was my turn to choose the movie, and it was an action one which I knew Thea and Claire would complain about so I tried to choose one with some form of romantic threads to satisfy their bleeding hearts.
The girls arrived with bags of snacks and we settled down. Claire flopped down onto my bed. “Good you chose an action movie, Oliver had me up all last night, we barely got a wink of sleep at least I won’t need to pay attention.”
“How long until your birthday?” Alyssa asked Claire.
“It’s the week before Christmas. I wanted to have a party as it’s so nice to decorate at Christmas time.” She replied excitedly.
