Iris had looked so innocent asleep in the car I couldn’t bring myself to wake her when we arrived home. As I had stood deliberating what to do, Thea got out and told me just to take her to bed. We had had a pretty frank discussion on the way home once Iris had fallen asleep. She apologised for stepping things up a notch, Claire was desperate to make Oliver’s jealous as she thought he was ignoring her but they took it a bit far. I didn’t feel too mad at her, it have been a pretty rough few months really, since we lost Bodhi then everything else that followed and they deserved to have some fun. We were all a bit on edge with everything that had happened. With hindsight maybe taking them out of the pack hadn’t been a great idea.
