Iris I woke up, if we could call it that as I don’t think I actually slept. Normally when I woke I couldn’t quite remember what had happened, it was like there was a block in part of my brain. However every now and then a memory would pop through, but it was all fragmented and then a buzzing would take over. However today I felt different, the buzzing in my head had finally stopped. I still felt exhausted. I decided to start with a shower, I had no idea how long it had been since I showered but all I could smell was a combination of tears, sweat and blood and it was making my stomach churn.
