These Ghost Stories have been a blast to write. We both grew up reading series like the Hardy Boys, Star Wars, Star Trek and anything else we could get at our local library or bookstore. Years ago, we had this plan of writing a serial that revolved around an intergalactic assassin. We wanted the short stories to be about individuals who somehow got wrapped up with this “Ghost” assassin, and it has been so much fun to write.
But the short stories soon grew into an overall arc that became the novel you’re reading now.
The aspect we loved most about serials was that they were self-contained stories that were loosely connected. That was our goal with these Ghost Stories set in the Star Runners universe. We hope you enjoyed them as well.
