“The meeting will be in 2 days from now,” said Winston, the former royal Beta. We decided to incorporate him into our conspiracy. He was trustworthy, as he was my father’s Beta and Corbin’s father. He raised a werewolf I consider my best friend. And he raised him to become a good werewolf, with a right mind not blinded by ranks. It was a huge help. Corbin was focused on cooperation with humans, and I and Evan tried to cope with all the current issues, while Winston managed the other matters.
